ABOUT ANFCO DURONEL
ANFCo Duronel was inspired by an old electronics shop sign I came across years ago. I can’t quite explain why, but something about it just felt comforting. It has that strange quality where it reads as retro today, but probably looked futuristic when it first went up.
The design has a sturdy, blocky structure that’s softened by rounded corners and supported by thick slab serifs. It’s built to work well in all caps, but it also includes a full lowercase set so it can stretch into a wider range of layouts and uses.
Duronel also comes with a generous set of optional ligatures, letting letters lock together in ways that feel natural and well-fitted when you’re building a design.
